    Halo Promo Code Used On Wrong Account


    Hey I just got the Xbox Ultimate Game Pass and went to redeem the halo promo code that came with the ultimate game pass but it automatically signed me into a different account that is on my Xbox that I don’t use for halo and I redeemed the code without knowing that. What can I do to get the promo code items to go onto my other Xbox account? I’ve heard that I would have to just buy another code for it but I was wondering if there was any other way to get the promo items.

    I apologize but once a code has been redeemed there is no option for us to undo the changes. You may need to re-purchase it.
