    I watched the halo wc final live on Sunday after connecting the Microsoft account with the mixer but I did not receive the war voices package

    Voices of War REQ     pack that was released yesterday? If so, that is a premium addition and is a separate charge. That is by design and is not considered "DLC" the same as the Monitor's Bounty update is. You can find information on that courtesy of the
