    Will downloading Halo 3 erase my current files?

    Absolutely not! Downloading Halo 3 will not delete anything from your hard drive, nor tamper with game files.

    i'm having the same problem myself. it gets to somewhere around 54% and just starts all over again. i'm having the same problem with re downloading the game itself. its not going so well so far. been trying to do this for two days now

    The error message doesn't help either. The error code search only relates to Xbox 360 in my case.

    I already got told servers are overloaded. Not so fare when us people with poor connections that take a day or more to download 18gb of data. Microsoft for you...

    Mine is stuck at 95% and it keeps on saying: "Installation Stopped".

    It looks like you were successfully able to download Halo: The Master Chief Collection! If you are continuing to experience issue downloading, please let us know.

    Hey there LunarMuncheese!

    If you are continuing to experience issues downloading Halo, try pressing and holding the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds. Give it about 5 minutes and then power on your console and navigate back to the My Games & apps tile. Scroll down
    to your queue and select Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Press the Menu button and select Resume Installation. If you are still unable to resume the download, please let us know!

    Another way to download halo the master chief collection is tone go to the game on the games and apps and then highlight the game, then choose manage game and uninstall then try it again. It should work with this method

    Day two of trying to install. Cancelled first attempt now doing second. Sadly disappointed. . I wonder if halo five will be as bad. I waited until you said the bugs were fixed, not so much I guess. If you did not have enough server space to do this format
    why would you make games that have to be downloaded. Give it one more try then I'm back to 360 and Halo 4 where I put the disc in and play. Seems like a simple concept. I'm currently at 20 min of new download and we are at 4% , epic fail on your part. Please
    don't release games when they are clearly not ready.

    Halo 3 wont download.

    Try downloading a few demos that would total a larger size than the size of the Halo 3 download, and then try downloading Halo 3 again. This can help in situations where there's a corrupt portion of the hard drive.
