    I originally posted on early Monday morning as instructed after waiting already one week for the Halo Mixpot Reward that never came after watching all of the HWC Finals. I have seen users with later support forum posts that are stating they have alreadyhhad
    their issue addressed. Please advise ETA, your policies state that you only have from 2 weeks after the event to fix issues with unreceived Mixpot rewards.

    (Text of early Monday post follows)-

    Watched all of HCS Finals on Sunday, 4/15/18 on the Mixer app on my XBox1. As of today, still have not received Mixpot. At time of the stream's broadcast, my gamertag was linked to my Microsoft ID. Please advise what the next steps would be in remedying
    this situation and by when it would occur.
