    I dont know if i am bannedfrom playing the game or not. i have not done anythingwrong for that to happen but when ever im on the menu and it says press start, when i press it the game crashes and exits. i do the same thing on another account and it works
    but not for my actuall account. i keep looking online see if anyone has the answer and i couldnt find any solutions that worked. it does the same thing to me on pc aswell but when i play halo 5 or summit it works. just not Halo: MCC. Can anyone help?

    To those having install issues, do as other have said, make sure to update halo mcc and make sure you have the disc in when installing, the campaign resides under the halo 3 campaign in halo mcc.
