Halo MCC won't load.

    Halo MCC won't load.


    I have been to several forums and have seen the different ways to start the game. Launch from xbox (beta) pc app. Launch from Xbox Companion app. Launch straight from windows by searching game.

    All three deliver the same result. The game begins to launch. Gets through anti cheat. Goes fullscreen. Shows 343 logo. Shows next logo. Crashes/Stops loading/Closes.

    Then Microsoft store window opens to Halo REACH page with button to "Install on my devies" with message next to a download button that says "This prouct is installed."

    I am currently re-installing the game through Xbox (Beta) pc app, to see if this fixes at least one of the options for launching the game, but that's 25 extra gigs I've now used on my internet package. Is there anyway to get a refund so I can just download
    through steam? How does a company bungle their own game launcher but a 3rd party provider works just fine?

    Hi CasonNile,

    sorry to hear you have been having issues with the PC version of Halo. Firstly on Xbox, I've had this issue and had to delete my saved file data from everywhere including the cloud.

    But if you still want a refund on your purchase you need to fill out this form

    Has to be the finding of an Easter Egg in Halo 4 for me but had loads of great moments plating Halo. Roll on The MCC for some more fun

    I agree. The original Halo MCC had huge load times, many freezes, failing saves on campaign, laggy games, and another monsoon of issues! The halo mcc insider is a masterpiece already and it’s just pre-release content! Keep it up 343i.
