    Halo MCC won't load........at all


    all I posted this in the Halo forums, but getting no responses, so I thought I'd ask here.

    Ok, so last Tuesday and friend of mine and I were able to play co-op fine, however when my friend tried to load the game on the Thursday (20th November) his digital copy will not load, at all.

    It tries to load, and then crashes to the dashboard. He's tried hard restarting the console, unplugging the power, rebooting his modem. The only thing he hasn't tried is redownloading the game, but seeing as its nearly 60 gig, he isn't too keen on that.

    Anyone have any ideas what could have caused this and how too fix it?

    By the way, my game loads fine if that helps.

    Halo MCC collection =. 4 full. Sci fi campaigns for the price of one. Good shooter that won't tax your noggin at all.

    P.S. Halo MCC will now load up a match with 10 people in about 40 seconds.

    Well, I would try to re-download the game. I know it sucks but it is the last option.

    That's what I think, the problem is he's had so many problems with Halo that he's about to throw in the towel and ask for his money back. (pre-order download didn't work, his second download went unbelievably slow etc)

    I would just ask for a refund. Then he could buy it when 343 fix all the bugs/problems with it.

    Do you have any friends that own a disk version of the game? You could always install it via disk, then just hit download on his digital version. This will over ride the disks data and make it a digital copy. Might solve the issue if the full digital download
    data is corrupting somehow and saves your buddies time in having to re download.

    Hi CasonNile,

    sorry to hear you have been having issues with the PC version of Halo. Firstly on Xbox, I've had this issue and had to delete my saved file data from everywhere including the cloud.

    But if you still want a refund on your purchase you need to fill out this form

    Please note it could take up to 5 days for a response due to high volume of requests at the moment, so i advise trying my solution in the meantime.
