    Halo MCC won't launch, gave me "sign in xbox account or renew gold error"


    The problem is, I already signed in my account and my gold membership is active. So I followed the instruction here trying to delete and reinstall. But I got the issue after uninstall, it wants me to pay again. So I logged into my online account with PC,
    trying to push the game to be installed on the xbox one x. But nothing happened on the xbox.

    What should I do now?

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.

    Make sure you're designated as the Home Xbox account on the console too.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your Halo MCC installed. I'm glad that you were able to log into your account to verify that your Xbox Live Gold subscription is active. What you may
    wish to do now is log back in and
    check into your Order History     to verify payment/purchase and ownership of the game by that particular account. If the game is owned by that account, then you'll want to try to download it again to see if it goes ahead after performing a power cycle to the
    console and its power supply.

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button
      on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button
      on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
    Go ahead and give this a try and let us know the results!
