    Halo MCC Won't install/Download


    Halo MCC Won't install/download. Help! I have a hand held copy!!!!!!

    Q.1 Does my disc have damage to it above or below?

    A.1 No, everything with my Halo MCC disc is fine

    Q.2 Does my Xbox One have any problems?

    A.2 No, nothing is wrong with my Xbox One, and yes I have tested downloading different games and they download fine.

    Q.3 Have I searched and tried methods to help reinstall Halo MMC?

    A.3 Yes, I have tried everything, the one method I can't do is installing straight form the store because its in a bundle, and the Australian Xbox Store thinks I don't own Halo MCC, even through it shows the games icon in the corner.

    Q.4 Have I blown down my disc tray?

    A.4 Yes, lots!

    Q.5 What pectage does it get to?

    A.5 1.60GB-1.66GB

    Ideas that ONLY Microsoft or 343 can fix this?

    1. Sell MCC by its self.

    2. Give me a code to download Halo MCC with the cost that I pay $10-$15 for. (Unlikely don't worry)

    3. Update the console's disc reading system. (For the next console which I believe has been done)

    XBOX ONE - HALO MCC DL Install wont finish but fully downloaded. Wants me to Switch Profile.

    May need to scrub all that. I don't think the Halo MCC is part of the deal. Just rechecked all the codes I entered. None appear to relate to Halo MCC. Not sure why it let me download and install, well nearly install..

    Should I install Halo MCC now or after Updates? I'm kinda worried if it will skip story missions for me at the moment and won't save my game or unlock achievements.

    I uninstalled from the app as you said, but now can't install it again from there, it says I haven't purchased the Game Pass.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled MCC 3 times and it finally started working. It is extremely tedious and took a while, but after that the game started working fine.

    I also installed/uninstalled on the XBox beta app not the Microsoft Store.

    Hey there,

    The Xbox PC app and the MCC are currently not cooperating together. The support teams are aware of it since a lot of people are running into this issue. They haven't found a solution for it yet, but they are working on it.

    I know this isn't very helpful, but I promise there are people working on it and it will be fixed soon!
