    This is happening to just about everyone I've asked to try and play Halo:MCC with.

    "We couldn't get your latest saved data"

    Lately I've been having a problem where whenever I try to start a game I get an error that says "We couldn't get your latest saved data". There are two options below the error one says "try again" and "use offline". If I try again the same thing happens
    and if I go offline then I can't play games such as Overwatch which requires me to be online. I've looked at many posts and many recommend a hard reset. I've done about 20 hard resets and the same error shows up. Are there any things I can do to fix this.

    This is currently a known issue that the Engineering team are working on. Hopefully it won't be long before its get restored.

    Thanks for using the Support Forums!

    Sorry to see you're having issues with your saved data.

    Could you please try uninstalling Halo: MCC.

    1. Go to My Games & Apps
    2. Move your selection to Halo: MCC
    3. Press the Menu button
    4. Select Manage Game
    5. Press the Menu button
    6. Select Uninstall
    7. Allow it to uninstall, then install the game again
    Once that's done, try booting up the game.

    If it's happening to multiple people, Xbox Live may be having issues in your region. Since that game is such a large install, before uninstalling I would head to
    http://xbox.com/status and see if there are any service alerts for your region. You'll want to look for anything relating to connectivity or accessing cloud data. If there is anything, wait a little while
    and try again. You can also sign up to have a text or phone call when the issue is resolved.

    Even if there isn't an alert, I would still try again in a little while, just because of the install time. While you wait, a full reboot of your network may help also.
