A simple but effective first step is to restart your console. Completely turn off your Xbox and then turn it on again. This reset can help reset any settings or caches that may be causing the problem.

Hello again, this notice to contact Xbox support may be because you have made many purchase attempts and none of them were completed.

Usually after the third failed attempt the system locks for security purchases.

The ideal in these cases is to wait 24 to 48 hours before making another purchase attempt.

I've tried multiple devices, multiple browsers and I've contacted support at least 5 times since last Thursday. It's a known issue that their engineers are working on but I find it very frustrating that it's taken me this long to get that reply out of
them. I know my password, it's not actually a "too many attempts" situation.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend first trying the
account website. If it is temporarily locked, you can unlock it there. You may need to connect to the internet so it registers it is unlocked also.
