Halo MCC Previous Halo 3 Items

I know it's a thing of the past but has anybody thought to inquire about the items people unlocked in Halo 3? For example, things like the recon helmet, hyabussa helmet, and flames? It would be nice to know if these items are being ported over or if we have
to do all of the vidmaster achievements again. I hope because even though doing those vidmaster cheevos were fun, they were also a pain. Anybody else wondering about this?

343 have done a really good job with the Halo MCC update.

 

Halo 3: ODST to release 29/05/2015

To those having install issues, do as other have said, make sure to update halo mcc and make sure you have the disc in when installing, the campaign resides under the halo 3 campaign in halo mcc.

 

I think 343 already answered it....And no,same thing with Halo 4.

A Fresh start.

 

Since the game launches with 4k cheevos I'd assume the answer is no they wont be ported over or your cheevies would be ported as well. Just my thoughts on it, Im probably wrong.

 

So then if we have to do the vidmaster cheevos again how is that going to work? A couple of them are on ODST so they'll have to port that game over too.

 

Whoah Ztar. They're starting people at zero??? Played a lot getting my 130 lol on H4 and a lot of. Items on H3... That sucks if true...can u post a link with that info???

 

There are 4000 G for Halo Master Chief collection.

Halo 3 (on Xbox 360),it's 1750 G (DLCs included)

Halo 4 (on Xbox 360),it's 2000 G (DLCs included)

Do you really thing 343 will keep Halo 3 and 4 achievements,like they were....If it the case there will be only 250 G left,for Halo CE anniversary,Halo 2 anniversary + the new sets of multiplayers maps....

 

@Tzar, Not worried bout the Gamerpoints. Just levels and equipment. There's halo waypoint, that keeps track of your progress, I find it hard to believe they will wipe that slate for the MCC...lemme know if u wanna play some H4 tho. Good practice fore the
upcoming MCC...lol.

As i said,a fresh start.

You will have your progress for Halo CE anniversary.

Same for Halo 3.

Same for Halo 4.

And Halo Master Chief collection progress (brand new,like a new born baby).

This is how i see it.Maybe there will be a special item for the ones who played them on Xbox 360.

 

That suks. I foresee a bunch of MDKs(MurderDeath Kills) from those that play regular. Tho. And unlocking stuff fast should be easy with high traffic. In fact, IMO, that's a huge win for players of Halo, no one will know if ur a killer...we'll see tho...

Man! I'm gonna miss my armor I worked so hard to get. I loved my flaming recon helmet. Also, I'm kind of excited to be using the trip mine again. That thing was awesome!

I think will be redoing the Achievements. 1000, per game. And it is doubtful they will import your items. But I have been wrong before.
