Halo MCC PC locked games

I don't know exactly how it happened. Literally one day I was playing MCC online with a friend, and the next day I can't play any of the MCC. All of the DLC content, i.e. Halo, H2A H3 ect, is locked and cannot be accessed. I can uninstall all of the items from inside the game, but cannot reinstall them. I have uninstalled the whole MCC app several times to no change. I still cannot access this game that I purchased with my money on the Microsoft Store. Updating the game or installing it through the MS store or Xbox app makes no difference whatsoever to the end result. I have tried to install the items individually, tried getting all the DLC 10mb license update, but still it will not work.

This has been going on for weeks now and I can't get it fixed. At this point I'm getting frustrated so much that I don't even want to play anymore and just want my money back for this broken **** game that I can't play.

If someone, anyone has an answer to fix this problem, I would be highly appreciative.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store in the Windows bar, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this for the game too.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Login with your account again in both apps and try again

If after 24 hours the content doesn't appear in-game, I recommend contacting the Halo team.

MCC was down as there was an update giving PC owners Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary game playable now. Stay tuned for more such issues to indicate when the other halo games will release for PC MCC

it is because its part of the halo MCC, you need the base part which is halo MCC then the individual games so it reserves space for them, halo 1 on pc for instance is 8.58GB and then add on the MCC base game it becomes 30.08GB.

halo mcc consists of all the games which take 142GB of space on pc so it saves this space aside, when you install hmcc and just one of the games which is also split into multiplayer and campaign it looks like it still reserves the space, this is what i have seen on xbox and gamepass pc, when i install via steam and just choose one of the games to be installed then the space taken is just by mcc and that one game.

Im giving it a try! I went ahead and completely uninstalled the xbox app and reset the store, restarted the computer. At one point when I was trying to fix it, i did but i couldn't repeat the process. I went into the custom game files and accepted to
uninstall Reach and it unlocked the other games, I figured it was fixed, reinstalled reach and then it locked again.....I hope this works! I really have been dying to play!

I have done that 3 times already and still get the same problem unfortunately
