    Halo MCC "One of your squads settings do not allow user generated content"


    *I'm on windows 10 PC* when I join my friend in halo forge that is on Xbox one, he initializes the game and the game prompts "One of your squads settings do not allow user generated content". I searched for a resolution and said that my privacy settings was broken. I cannot change my privacy settings for unknown reasons.

    If yes, To be honest with you, looks like the system is detecting that you own a child account as you won't be able to see the page if it's considered as child.

    If it's not considered as adult, you really need to add your account to a family account so you can change the settings. Here's how to add your account under a family account.

    Child MS account has 3rd party apps blocked for Halo MCC??? How do I fix this?

    Just tested, my child was able to launch (from steam), login, and play two matches of Halo Infinite without any hinderances.

    I then downloaded the XBgaming app, and ensured that her content settings were allowed to go up to 18+ (Halo MCC is rated M), and still no luck. same message about 3rd party apps being blocked. I noticed on the app it stated exceptions for apps to be allowed (we have Spoitfy, XBox Beta, Minecraft for example). Is there a way to allow Halo MCC to be an exception then?

Are you part of a Microsoft Family Group? Try setting in your family/online safety settings to adult! This may help your issue!
