HALO MCC - ODST Code Purged

I am eligible for ODST code, however, it has been purged from my messages.

Halo 3 ODST Code for MCC

I believe I met the criteria to receive Halo 3:ODST for free by playing MCC in the two months after launch on my GT but my code message was purged long ago before I redeemed it. Is it still possible to get ODST for free?

Halo MCC ODST redemption code

I never used the redemption code for the free download of Halo ODST for playing the Halo MCC within the first month or so of release. The message with the code has long since been purged, is there any way/chance of getting that redemption code back?
