Halo MCC no audio whatsoever

Hello, I have been Halo mcc on Xbox one and Xbox one X for years and recently the audio has just stopped working. It will play sound for the Xbox and 343 logos but after that nothing. Not in the menu, not in the campaigns, not in the multiplayer, nothing. I've deleted my save file (from this console), done a hard reset and still no audio. The only things I've seen online were either for infinite or the pc/steam versions of the game or the problem was just with one or two games. If anybody has had this problem and knows how to fix it, a reply would be appreciated.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

I frustated with this lack of options too. I bought Halo MCC e Gears of War UE, and if I want play the original audio, I must change the setup of xbox one for english/original audio of game, but subtitles in the same language of audio. Microsoft, CMON! I
want OPTIONS of languages in your games, don't force audio and subtitles in the same language, because the audios/subtitles are inside the disc.

It's like buy a foreign Bluray/DVD movie with only dubbed option with subtitles, but the original audio still there, but if you choose the original audio, the subtitles will only be in the original audio.
