    Halo MCC installation


    Halo has now been in my xbox "installing" for almost 12 hours now. Its supposedly finished because nothing is in the install queue. Whenever I try to do something in game a screen pops up saying "Halo is still installking components. Please note the current
    install progress of the component you are trying to access. Halo 2 has been stuck at 98% for hours and the multiplayer is stuck at 48%.

    I've been having the same issue for the most part. But for me, the total install has gotten stuck at 91% the past 2 times I have tried to install it. Everything gets installed with the exception of Multiplayer, which stops at around 65-70%. I leave it for
    4+ hours and it's still at the exact same percentage.

    This Sucks guys, I already had the game installed and working for a few weeks with no problem at all and then the game just started to Massively crash every time I tried to play, I tried uninstalling and reintalling and now it has hours on 1%, BTW I double
    even tripled checked my internet conection and I am not even Downloaing the game cause I bought the physical version, What's Next XBOX?!

    I had this problem also,To get it to work you may have to disable internet on xbox one until initial install is done then enable internet so it can update game.

    To those having install issues, do as other have said, make sure to update halo mcc and make sure you have the disc in when installing, the campaign resides under the halo 3 campaign in halo mcc.

    it is because its part of the halo MCC, you need the base part which is halo MCC then the individual games so it reserves space for them, halo 1 on pc for instance is 8.58GB and then add on the MCC base game it becomes 30.08GB.

    halo mcc consists of all the games which take 142GB of space on pc so it saves this space aside, when you install hmcc and just one of the games which is also split into multiplayer and campaign it looks like it still reserves the space, this is what i have seen on xbox and gamepass pc, when i install via steam and just choose one of the games to be installed then the space taken is just by mcc and that one game.

    May need to scrub all that. I don't think the Halo MCC is part of the deal. Just rechecked all the codes I entered. None appear to relate to Halo MCC. Not sure why it let me download and install, well nearly install..
