Halo MCC infinite loading

Every time I launch the Halo MCC on my pc it prompts me to log in then says error logging into xbox live and lets me hit retry then proceeds to sit at the screen with the little spinning circle for ever I spent like 3 days downloading the game at 1-2 mbps I'm really hoping this is a fixable issue without reinstalling it

First, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Then try this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

If it still doesn't work:

In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC and try again.

I dont see how this is going to change anything its not the computer account that it's trying to log into its the xbox live account

The did everything under the sun it’s still crashing but only with halo infinite I can play MCC all day

I reset the console to factory defaults while keeping my games and apps. Before that, I redownloaded Halo 5. The Halo Infinite Beta does not work either but Halo: the MCC does work.
