Halo MCC get stuck in main menu.

Im fairly sure Spartan Ops from Halo 4 are included in the Halo MCC. You need to get to them through the Multiplayer menu.

I had the same exact issue on my wife's XBOX, also with a disc version.

I know it sucks, but we had to completely uninstall and reinstall MCC. After that, the main games were working again.. BUT

If ODST or Reach aren't working, make sure they show up as an add-on for MCC (click Start button on MCC in main menu, go to "manage game and add-ons").

I've had two separate occasions where ODST and REACH got stuck in the "Ready to Install" area and I had to force them in. The Microsoft Store will say they're already installed, even though they aren't, and there's nothing you can do from the Store menu
to fix it. You have to do it from Manage Game and Add-Ons menu, then restart the console.

Sorry to hear it. It could be an issue with the cache. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Hopefully that will solve the issue for you.

The main tile is usually the most recently used app/game so it shouldn't be showing Halo MCC if you haven't used it. Although, I have seen the main tile change to the game that is in the disc drive previously but as I generally use digital games this doesn't
happen often.

Is Halo MCC in your disc drive?

i have one achievement stuck at "Done, Unlocking" from the Halo: MCC, the achievement is "Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?"
