Halo MCC for Dummies

I apparently need a Halo for Dummies guide because the amount of content has got me confused on what actually has matchmaking and co-op.

So any input or corrections on the following would be great.....

Campaigns are co-op but invite only. This one I have figured out ( I think ).

Playlist are a combination of single player and co-op missions with no matchmaking?

Multiplayer says in the description that it is co-op and PvP yet I can't find a co-op game mode in the list. Is there a co-op list in there that I simply can't find?

I've spent more time looking through menus looking at all the content than playing the game at this point, it's amazing for only 60 bucks.

In all seriousness though. How is it? I've got it installed but by the update downloaded yesterday I had to go to bed for night shift. Got about 2 hours till I finish and can actually have a go. As the most "negative" person I know, your opinion is required
for accurate judgement!

 

I'm someone who absolutely hates Halo MP. I blame it for starting the trend of singing 10 yr olds and the general decline of the MP community in all games but.....

This is a must buy for anyone who owns a One. The amount of content even for the people like me is staggering and it's been done well. It's renewed my faith that every game being released this gen isn't just a money grab.

 

Not a halo multiplayer fan either. Got it purely for the campaign. Can't wait to get home now!!!!

 

i jumped right in to halo 1 CE and I'm gonna play through all 4 campaigns before touching the multiplayer. man the nostalgia. a tough but fair game, the 1st mission alone > most missions in every recent game. the instant switching from old graphics to new
is pretty cool as well. such an amazing game.

And don't forget that Spartan Ops (10 new missions from Halo 4) will be available in december.

 

Can't half tell there is a heap of new games out right now. Forums are like a ghost town. Usually the posts are coming thick and fast. Right now it's more like the forums from paint drying website

 

Just loving this MCC! Great smooth controls, awesome graphics! My question is how do you activate skulls on Halo:CE?
