Halo MCC Error [Install ___ DLC]

Purchased Halo MCC in early April, and from the moment of purchase, I haven't been able to play due to errors saying, "Reach DLC not installed" and "CE DLC not installed". When I tried to go to the store through the game, an error popped up saying it was
something on Microsoft's end that went wrong, but when I looked up the error code, I found nothing.

These are the things I've tried:

Uninstalling and reinstalling several times

Running as administrator

Going back to the store and reinstalling Reach and Halo CE: Anniversary separately

Installing both Reach and Halo CE: Anniversary updates (10mb each) from the store

Running the game from desktop

Running the game through Beta App

Running the game through Console Companion

Uninstalling the DLC from inside the game via Settings > Gameplay > Select Installed Games

Repairing the app and resetting the app

Restarted the computer

Updating the computer

Updated drives

Running troubleshoot

Nothing has worked. Cannot play the campaign, cannot play multiplayer. I spent $50 for a game that I cannot play in any facet. Looking for solution or refund at this point.

I'm getting this from trying to Install the "Halo Nightfall" DLC that comes with the MCC.

It wont let me install them sepraitly it ask if i want to install i click yes then it said there was a error on microsoft side

Have exactly the same issue. Joined game pass last month. Installed and played all of reach single player. Started halo CE got of the Pillar onto the first stage then went back to it 2 days later nothing loads. Installed from game pass app, Windows store.
Deleted cache for store reinstalled none of the games load anymore.

Hi, i am having quite the same issue, but with multiplayer. I have two xboxes and one works correctly, while in the other, even if i have everything installed correctly (and also the game itself says it) it will not launch multiplayer or campaign. For any
game inside the collection.

I have tried to contact the ‘support’ on halowaypoint but obviously nobody answers real problems.

You can also try asking there but i am pretty sure none can actually help you. That’s because the game is trash, literally. It has not worked until semptember 2018 (4 years later) and it has a ton of problem still now.

Very sorry for the issue, but i can’t see any other solution that what you tried.
