Halo MCC download impossible....

I have been here for 3 days trying to download the Halo MCC. And for 3 days, it has done the same thing. Get to about 50% and drop back to 24%... The suggestions I have gotten were to let it stay on during the duration of the download. I've tried this but
I wake up this morning to an xbox one update which restarts my console. Lucky me. I look at my download percentage and it's at 24%... look at the bandwidth usage and it's downloaded over 10GB overnight. So, I know this is incorrect. Should I let it keep downloading
from here? I already pre ordered the disc, but I wasn't sure how the company was going to handle the preorder considering that my COD:AW console didn't get here until 3 days after release. But also, I knew there was a 15-20GB update to accompany the game,
so I knew that would take some time. I thought it'd be a better idea to just download it so I can play it on release night. But no... :'(
