Halo MCC don't recognize my progress

Hello everyone, and Halo fans, I don't know what to do for this, I have done complete the Halo CE and Halo 2 campaign, but the game don't recognize the progress of certains levels, you can see that in this images, even the achievements of that levels I do
not have them unlocked, but in the game appear that I have complete that levels, and in my sadistics no, you can see that in this images.

So, what I can do for unlock my achievements and that recognize my progress???

start the game and quit it to see if that works if that dont hard reset hold down your power button for 10 secs

Ty, but I only have to complete that levels again in any dificulty, I do it in EZ for more fast and thaht works! Recognize my profress in legendary

If restarting your Xbox doesnt work you need to reach out to the developers of this game.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't help try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.
