Halo:MCC and Halo 5 bundle purchase failed.

I tried to purchase the Halo:MCC and Halo 5 for 55$ on my account on May 5th-May 6th. I thought it had gone through and waited for it to auto download. It never happened and when I went to look for the bundle to try and re download I couldn't find it. Looked
and the money wasn't taken from my account. I talked to your support team for 30 min and they said there was some error with the purchase process. I wantEd to see if I could repurchase it or whatever to have both of them for The deal Price. They sent me to
you guys, is there anyway you can help me out with this? Or bc of the error and it being a new deal week I am out of luck? :/ thanks and hope u can help.

Xbox One Design bundle with the Master Chief Collection?

I would have also liked to see a MCC Bundle but since it didn't come out, I am sure there will be a Halo 5 bundle next year with Halo 5.

I think if there was going to be a Halo bundle. It would be when Halo 5: Guardians actually releases. Not with the MCC

 

Unfortunately once a promotion is over, there is no way to get that offer unless it goes on sale again.
