Halo MCC Achievement error 0x87c40011

Discus and support Halo MCC Achievement error 0x87c40011 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Cannot for some reason open my Halo MCC Achievements in the achievement app... keep getting error 0x87c40011 all my other game's achievement open up...     Halo MCC Achievement error 0x87c40011


    Cannot for some reason open my Halo MCC Achievements in the achievement app... keep getting error 0x87c40011 all my other game's achievement open up fine.

    I have tried resetting the X1 and nothing.

    I have done all the below steps and did not work.

    • Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately
      10 seconds.
    • Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source and give it a few minutes.
    • Then, plug all the cords back in and turn on your console.
    • Try launching the Achievement App again.

    Achievements app wont open - error code 0x87c40011

    just tried to see achievements today from playing Halo MCC, and got the 0x87c40011 stiff arm.

    Problem with Achievements on Xbox ONE and on Xbox.com

    Yes I am getting this problem too. Error message 0x87c40011.

    Achievements app not loading. after playing halo: MCC for me.

    Changing my background as 'Nife004niff' suggested above has not worked for me.

    I'm having the same issue, and also tried the "power cicle" and nothing. No achievements. And this is happening for the last three days!

    To make things worse, all my progress in the Master Chief Saga playlist has been deleted. What is going on?

    Having the same issue. Was working fine earlier today. Achievements stopped popping so I went to see if it was in classic Halo MCC "Done...Unlocking" stage. Got that same error message (0x87c40011) when I tried to look at MCC achievements. Achievements for
    other games are working fine.

    Same issue here, noticed the achievement for collecting the boom skull didn't unlock, went to check the achievement in the app, and now only get the error message. This happened around the same time the leaderboard issue started. Getting error code 0x87c40011
    game affected is Halo MCC gamertag is .

    Happy to say that my MCC achievements are back up and running as far as I can tell. I am able to view them on the achievement app. I have an achievement at the "Done...Unlocking!" stage right now... but that seems to always work itself out. I hope you guys
    are back in business as well. I didn't do anything special. Just played a different game for a bit.

    I have the exact same problem with the same error code, but then with the game Goat Simulator. Some achievements synced correctly and suddenly my collectible achievement didn't unlock. Going to the Achievements App gives the error 0x87c40011 Halo MCC Achievement error 0x87c40011 :(

    Getting the error code 0x87c40011 and do not have access to the achievement app plus no achievement are popping when they should be?

    Tried hard rebooting and signing out of the account with no success.

    Not a good week with Halo MCC issues and now this.
