HALO MCC ACHIEVEMENT DONE! UNLOCKING...

I earned "Checking Out Your Options" January 9th but it is still stuck. Is there anything that I can do to get it to unlock?

Halo MCC achievements stuck at "Done! Unlocking..." since launch

i have one achievement stuck at "Done, Unlocking" from the Halo: MCC, the achievement is "Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?"

 

All my achievement progress reset

I have this problem with Halo MCC big list of stuff says "achievement done. Unlocking...". How long can it take to unlock an achievement? 48hrs apparently!? Whaaa!

 

Hey there, that is a fairly long time for it to be stuck, though Halo MCC is the biggest offender of this issue, I've had an achievement stuck for about a month, but your situation is obviously much longer than that. Have you been routinely starting up the
game? I always had to start the game, they wouldn't unlock by themselves.

Though, this might be an issue for official support.

I know it's not ideal, but my first suggestion, even though you may have performed this already in the past, is to try and re-earn this particular "Checking Out Your Options" achievement again. If you need any further tips on how to complete this achievement
in a different way, feel free to hit up the True Achievements site.

If the above step doesn't work for you, try gaining this achievement on a different Xbox One console, if you have access to one.

I have played the game quiet a few times since this happened but I will try on a different console this weekend and see if it helps.

 

I tried on a different console and did all of the requirements and still nothing. Still stuck in "Done... Unlocking"

Thanks so much for trying out the troubleshooting steps I provided, it's greatly appreciated! I'm sorry to hear that they didn't do the trick for you, but hopefully these next ones will.

1. Delete your game save data from the
   Xbox One console (ONLY) for
   Halo: MCC. (Doing this will remove the local copy of this save. You can retrieve it from the cloud the next time you play.)
   
2. Disconnect your Xbox One console from the internet.
3. Set your Xbox One console to
   Offline Mode. Settings > Network > Go Offline
4. Try to re-earn the Checking Out Your Options achievement offline in Halo: MCC.
   
5. End your game session by
   closing out of the game.
6. After you re-earn the achievement and end your game session, reconnect your Xbox One to the internet.
   
7. Just to be sure, double check your Xbox One is back to Online Mode. Settings > Network > Go Online
   
8. After performing all of these steps, check to see if your achievement synced back up with your profile in the Achievement app on the console, as well as, your achievement profile on Xbox.com for Halo:
   MCC.

That still did not get to pop. It is still stuck. I tried it a couple of times but still nothing.
