Halo MC Collection Won't Install

I've tried installing from both my disc and game pass, but the install instantly stops. I have enough room for the game and update. There is no error message displayed, but when I try to reinstall, it says the data is corrupted and recommends starting a new install. That leads to the same result.

Always you installing to an internal or external drive? If it is the later, Can you unplug your external hard drive. Then do this

- Go to Settings > System > Storage.

- On the Manage storage devices screen, select: Clear local saved games.

- Restart your console

Afterwards try installing the game to the internal drive. Don't plug the external drive yet. If you don't have space on the internal, move some games to the external first before you begin.

Yeah I have tried all of those steps, I bought the game from the store not on the game pass and I still have no answer. The error code that comes up says that it needs the actual game to be downloaded but it won't download the game . Currently the game is uninstalled and trying to re download it. I will attempt to send a video
