    Halo Mastr Chief Collection is installed but still tells me it's not???


    I played Halo for months and out of no where it told me that the games are not installed anymore when I try to start a mission or go into multiplayer, I already tried to reinstall waited 5 whole days for it because of 140gb and it doesn't work, please help me whats the problem?

    Check that the account that has the game is logged into the Microsoft Store app on your Windows. Also check if all content is installed on the same drive.
    These steps can help you, give it a try.
    1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app
    2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store in the Windows bar, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this with the game too.
    3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.
    4. Open the Microsoft Store, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner ''download and updates'' and click on ''get updates'' and update everything. After these steps try again.
    5. Login with your account again in both apps and try again.

    You have to have Halo The Master Chief Collection installed on your console as the game Halo Reach was an add on for that game collection.

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.
