    Can't play new game I purchased on Xbox store

    Halo 3 ODST is an add-on for Halo Masterchief Collection, not an individual game. So you would need the Masterchief Collection in order to play it.

    Halo Masterchief collection

    You could try contacting Xbox by Phone or Chat, but I doubt they would be able to furnish another code.

    As they sent the code via message, and it is ultimately your responsibility to retrieve the code after that point.

    Along with, they wouldnt be able to verify if you are giving or selling the codes you are requesting.
