    I recently installed the Halo Master Chief Collection through steam. I haven't had any technical issues, but when I initially tried to sign in I tried an old account that I set up years ago that had a since disconnected phone number attached to it. Since
    I can't access that phone number I changed it to my current one, but now I am completely stuck because of the 30 day transfer period. I have since created a new account but the sign in screen presents no option to change over accounts, and when I try to recover
    my account it always locks me out because I don't have sufficient information about it.

    Is there any way around this? I really don't want to wait a month just to play a game that I've already bought. The customer support website and phone number have been entirely useless.

    Halo 3 ODST is an add-on for Halo Masterchief Collection, not an individual game. So you would need the Masterchief Collection in order to play it.

    Hi Francia,

    Thanks for your response. I logged in to the link you provided with the login id that I always use but it does not show Halo Masterchief collection under it.

    As I had mentioned in the issue description that Halo Masterchief collection had come pre bundled with XBox, it did not require me to sign in anywhere.

    It might be linked to the XBox device id as it was factory installed, how do I find way to reinstall ?
