Halo Masterchief Collection not launching in PC with GamePass

Hey everyone

So, I've been playing the game on Xbox with the GamePass shared in my family, but now that I downloaded it to my computer, with all the system requirements fulfilled, the game just opens for about 15 seconds until the 343 Studios logo, and after that, the
game closes and a new window of the Microsoft Store on Halo Reach (which I have already downloaded) opens.

No matter from where I open the game, Start, Xbox (Beta), or Console companion or Search, I get the same result and can't play.

What can I do?

Sorry to hear it. I have a few things for you to try

1. Make sure you're running Windows 10 with at least update 1903 and there are no pending updates to the PC or game.

2. Double check to make sure your graphics drivers are up to date

3. Try launching the game from the Start Menu instead of the Beta App

Halo 3 ODST is an add-on for Halo Masterchief Collection, not an individual game. So you would need the Masterchief Collection in order to play it.
