Hello.

I just have a question about the recently announced update for Halo Master Chief Collection.

So if I've understood it correctly, you'll only be able to get your hands on the 4k enhancements if you subscribe to Game Pass? Or can you get the update thru buying the game as well?

Halo 3 is part of Halo: The Master Chief Collection which consists of Halo 1 - 4.

No you don't need to be a game pass subscriber.

You just need to download the update of the Game.

To my knowledge all you will need to do is download the update to the game (which will require you to own the game in some form).

 

Will just be an update for the game. Make sure you have on under setting to download 4K content

 

This is one of the better updates that has come to this game. I will definitely be revisiting .

 

I can't wait for the 4K/HDR update and it to be added to the Game Pass It should hopefully revive the game

You'll be able to buy the game and get the update as well

 

Just download the game and the update and you should have access to that feature.

 

Either way you would get the 4K enhancements as long as you have an Xbox One X to use them.

 

I think it's finally time to get this game.
