    Halo: Master Chief Collection - Unable to play


    SOLVED

    I want to play Halo: The Master Chief Collection with game pass ultimate for PC. I can install the game with no issue but to actually play either Reach or CE anniversary edition is impossible. I did get Reach to work once but after I reinstalled it nothing
    works. It keeps telling me to download the DLC but when I click accept nothing happens. Going to the gameplay option to try and download it that way results in the same but I am unable to check any options and everything is shown as locked. I have uninstalled/reinstalled
    four times now and I'm lost. I was wanting to play this with a friend. Halo CE was released March 3rd of this year for the MCC.

    Just to clarify, are you referring to the code for Halo: The Master Chief Collection or the code for ODST? If you are referring to the code for the Master Chief Collection, unfortunately we are unable to replace these codes here in the Support Forums.

    Thank you for confirming. Halo: Combat Evolved does require Halo: The Master Chief Collection in order to play. Combat Evolved acts as an add-on of sorts for the Master Chief Collection. You will need the full purchase of the Master Chief Collection in order to own all the titles within the package.

    Halo Reach is not on the Master Chief Collection disc, only the Halo CE, 2, 3 & 4 are. If you want to play Halo reach, then you can purchase the dlc for the Master Chief Collection or download the Backward Compatible version.
