    Halo Master Chief Collection Sync Issue


    I have been trying to play Halo the Master Chief collection. I have deleted the console cache cleared user data installed and un installed multiple times.

    I download the game it installs it up it takes me to the syncing data for Halo Master Chief collection. Status bar and very slowly loads to about 6% over 5 min.

    Then I get we couldn't sink your data with the cloud just now error code 0x83860012. No matter how many times I try again the sync fails.

    If I delete the install and play via cloud gaming it works OK but I prefer to have the local install.

    Additionally I own the game on steam and that is where I originally played the game on linking it to my Microsoft account. On the console I am trying to play via gamepass.

    Console is an Xbox One X
