Halo Master Chief Collection says I don't have privelleges to play it

Image attached below. The problem might be with the fact that I have two Microsoft accounts btw. But I checked, and I'm pretty sure I purchased it on the right one. The fact that I have completed 1 or 2 chapters of the campaign also seems to point to the fact that I signed on the right account.

I have completed all the steps but the issue persists.

After you confirm it, please make sure you are signed in with this same Microsoft account both on the Microsoft store and the Xbox app. Let me know if the issue persists.
