Halo Master Chief Collection ODST code

Hello!

I'm trying to get a new code for my download of Halo ODST for the Master Chief Collection. I have the email that XBL sent me stating that I had played MCC during the period of downed service, but was unable to activate my code due to not having access to
the internet. Is there any way that I can get a replacement code for the download?

I never redeemed a code for Halo ODST, that you get for free when you play the Master Chief Collection back in 2014. I did play the Master Chief Collection back then and was curious how I could get a code for Halo ODST.
