    Hello,

    I have a concern for the future of the Xbox game pass.

    I installed The game Halo mcc while still being on windows 10 home, played it for ages and now just cant play it anymore after installing windows 11 Home with no issues.

    It says "not available" in the Xbox app. Microsoft, I urgently need you to fix this problem because i bought the game pass to game and not to troubleshoot.

    Please respond as soon as possible and thank you for your patience.

    I have the same problem. I checked the account, and it shows that I have paid for the subscription. When I start Halo MCC, it shows that I have been playing the game and shows my current status. But when I try to PLAY the game, it says that Halo CE isn't installed. It asks if I want to install. If I say yes, then it asks for my pin, and then it thinks for a moment, and then it gives me an error. (I was going to start it up again and try to grab a screenshot of the error for you, but now Halo MCC won't open at all.)

    First, since this is a purchased game already. Would you mind checking your account if the game is available - Microsoft account | Order history. Next, kindly check if the account you signed in matches the account on Microsoft Store and Xbox app on Windows 11 PC. After, launch Xbox app and go to My games. If the Halo: The Master Chief Collection is not showing any details nor achievements and is empty. Kindly open Microsoft Store and install the game.
