Halo Master Chief Collection failing to load Error 10022

Ive done some research and found that this has affected other people in the past. But when I try to load Halo MCC WITH the easy anti cheat enabled on PC. Im constantly met with the error code 10022 (unexpected error. (0xC0030004)).

The game does load if I select the mode without the anti cheat program. Has any managed to find a fix for this?

Things i've tried:

1. reinstalling the game

2. reinstalling and repairing the easy anti cheat software

3. reinstalling the game on the same HDD as windows installation

All my drivers are up to date fyi, and I am running windows 11 with Bitdefender anti virus program.

Even though I can play co-op with a friend the game is awfully bad, we are constantly getting disconnected from each other and some games just dont even work when loading into the co-op campaign. So as you can imagine its rather frustating especially for such a big game.

For the Microsoft Team: Ive tried to request a call back but its useless and not working. Constantly giving me the 'something went wrong' message when entering my number? This is not helpful when trying to get support. Sort it out please !

Honestly none of this is working for me either, This is a brand new computer with everything updated and evert forum keep regurgitating the same information that doesn't really get me anywhere

There are a few things you could try, if neither of those work, I suggest you try to report back to HALO support directly:

So, let's try this, first, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.

Then try this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then, try to uninstall and install the Xbox app.

If it still doesn't work you're going to uninstall the games services using a powershell command.

In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC, then open your Xbox gamepass app, it will ask you to install the gaming services again, install it and try again.

Then, after you do it, you're going to open the game pass app, it will ask you to download and install the game services again

If neither of those procedures works, try to restore your PC's OS via the ISO image tool, using that tool you will be able to maintain your installed games and files.

First, you will download it > Open the ISO Image tool > Open a file inside it called SETUP.exe > Select upgrade > download from the cloud > Keep games and apps.

I just bought the game and am having the same issue. Did the restore/repair etc. And NO i'm not reinstalling my OS its a brand new PC with all of the latest updates and top of the line hardware. Its the Anticheat thing attached which seems to get in the way. Any help would be appreciated.
