    Halo Master Chief collection error


    I bought an xbox which came with master chief collection late last summer. I haven't played it in a few weeks. I tried playing it today and it's telling me to sign in with the profile that bought it. I redeemed it with a code so it doesn't show up on the
    purchase lists. I've tried turning my xbox off and back on, I have tried signing out every profile. Yes I am using the profile that downloaded it. I haven't tried uninstalling it, because I fear it will no longer let me download it. Any help would be appreciated.
    I'm on xbox one, And connected to xbox live. I have good connection and I've verified that.
