Halo: Master Chief Collection download from marketplace extremely slow.

Last night I bought Halo: Master Chief Collection off the marketplace (not the disc), and started the download. So far, my download is at 22% after 22 hours. It's going up less than 1% an hour. My internet is fine, I look at the Detailed Network Statistics
on my Xbox One and it says I have 32 Mbps download, but the Bandwith Usage screen says I'm downloading less than 1G per hour (sometimes not even half of that). Is there anything I can do to speed this up? At the current rate, it won't be done downloading for
another 78 hours (around 3 days), assuming I don't play any games while it's downloading...

Sorry to hear it. The game itself is 60GB in size. I have found that when the console is off or other items are in use (any internet item) then it slows down the amount you can download. What I did was leave my console on overnight. My internet is much
slower than yours so it took me 2 nights to do this.

Leave it on and downloading overnight when no one else is using the internet and you should be good

 

It says my current usage is in the 120 KB/s, even though my internet is much faster than that. Is Xbox or perhaps my ISP gating the speed?
