Halo Master Chief Collection cannot log 2nd player out

Discus and support Halo Master Chief Collection cannot log 2nd player out in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; For some reason once a second player has signed in, he/she cannot log out again.     Halo Master Chief Collection cannot log 2nd player out


    For some reason once a second player has signed in, he/she cannot log out again. I have to restart the game to go back to single player.

    Hi

    First; the game has a ton of problems.

    Second; you can try to find a more specific solution on halo.waypoint.com, the official forum

    Anyway: i have experienced a similar issue, when a second profile logged in, the game would freeze in that particular menu for an unlimited time, until i went to the xbox home and wait there for about 10 second. It sounds strange, but hey, that game (as
    i already said) has a ton of problems.

    Do you have that problem even if you log in using a different account ?
