    Halo Master chief collection campaign co-op not working


    Hello everyone!, I've been having an issue lately with halo MCC.

    Every time I try to play Co-op campaign with a friend I get a recurring error, we start a mission and after everything loads, we start playing normally then we get kicked out with the message: "Game error" "An error has ocurred while playing co-op", it varies from 2 to 15 sec of gameplay before we see the message, so far we only tested on Halo Reach, but we suspect also happens in the other halo's.

    Ps, My friend is using a Steam Deck(I'm using a windows 10 gaming laptop), but we don't think that is the issue because we can play firefight and Forge together, still we are going to do further testing on 2 windows devices.

    has anyone have had this issue and knows how to fix it?

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    New to gaming - What are good local multiplayer games available on Gamepass

    There is also Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Laser League and Knight squad, all of which support locol co-op and are on game pass.

    I've only had experience with Halo: The Master Chief Collection though, not so much recently though, but if you enjoy campaigns and/or custom games in halo, then definitely check it out.

    All players will play as the Master Chief in co-op campaign, just the same as in Halo: CE.

    Hi AS117,

    Unfortunately Halo CE original for PC does not have co-op campaign. Only the anniversary edition which is included in the Master Chief Collection.

    We also aren't supposed to discuss about modding on the forums, unless they are mods approved or made by the developers themselves.
