The achievements I'm having issues with are:

Pillar of Autumn - 11/11/14 9:00pm MST (approx.)

A Fine Choice - 11/24/14 (not sure of time, it would've been exactly when the friend I was playing with got his though).

Misses Quinzel, I posted in another thread, where you've been providing support, the specific achievements I have had issues with. I wanted to post here as well because I saw you mention the patch put out by 343 the other day. I have the latest patch. It
did not cause any achievements to pop on their own. Since the release of the patch, I have redone the steps needed to unlock one of the stuck achievements and it did not unlock. I wanted to make you aware that the patches put out by 343 do not seem to have
any impact on achievements already stuck in the "Done, Unlocking" status.

P.S. That's an awesome username. My girlfriend is obsessed with Harley.

 

Downloaded the update, "Pillar of Autumn" and "Halo" are still Done! Unlocking... And all the other achievements are popping up when they should be as I complete the required action. It seems to be just those two that are stuck. If it means anything, the
update did not download smoothly and I had to prompt it to resume downloading more than once.

 

Update: "halo" just popped for me. Still waiting on "Pillar of Autumn."

 

I can't believe it. The ones I have been waiting for finally unlocked. One had the wrong date for unlocking but at this point I am just happy to finally see them unlocked.
