Halo Master Chief and Multiplayer Game issues!!!!

Microsoft,

When do you plan on fixing the connecting issues with these Multiplayer games??? Its so bad that me and my friends decide to use our Xbox 360 most of the time to play now because we know the Multiplayer searching, connecting and player will actually work.

Unlike when I try playing Multiplayer Games like Halo 5 and Halo master chief on XBOX One, when we try playing these Multiplater games on XBOX One we have nothing but issues, if we are lucky we can play 2 games in 1 hour, otherwise we have connecting issues,
party members get dropped, or we get split up at the last moment??? This is very annoying and makes me not even want to use this system.

I bring this up because it doesn't seem like you have been trying to fix these issues at all, I don't see many updates or improvements since I bought this Xbox One a few months back, still having the same issues and not getting better at all.

Please actually look into fixing this you guys are taking evrtyones money and have no issues, but we have to deal with unsatisfactory connection, gaming and service, while you guys get everything yuou want or need from us the "Player's".

Also the matching up for multiplayer on Halo MAsterchief and Halo 5 is very bad, always putting me against Pro Teams or groups, you need to make the match up more appropriate to the player history.

Sure many others feel the same way I do, I know my friends and I who play feel this way.

Just wanted to add that we can play Halo Master Chief Collection for hours no issues on multiplayer.

Honestly thats what all my friends are saying.

And I hope its not true! I mean otherwise what We all get rid of these new systems cause can't play multiplayer.

And have to use our old 360 console and games, like WTF?

 

I only just got this game, lucky I got it off ebay on the cheap. There was no way I was going to pay £40 for this unfinished rubbish. I tried a multiplayer match, no luck in even finding a game for about 20 mins.... worst remake ever!

 

um.... they just released an update to patch up the game. this might be the one that solves all the problems

 

It still blows after the patch. Game isn't worth the 5 dollars I have invested in it. I'm all about multiplayer. Think I might uninstall and trade it off.

 

you need to delete the game and reinstall it, then clear the saved games, and then do a hard reset. usually fixes it. for awhile

 

I got on it for the first time in a long time tonight and it played very smooth regardless of which playlist I chose. Only thing that is obvious is that I have not played Halo MP in a very long time as I am rusty as all get out.
