Halo losing it's thunder

I know ,it's just because it seems for you Warzone was a mix of two coop modes (firefight & Spartan ops)....

Just to avoid any disapointements.

And like I said all that worked was the Halo games.

 

Can anyone explain to me just what's so FUN about camping?

because halo isnt fun when your losing ,To me cod is fun whether im losing or winning.

A Halo spin off ?

Maybe after Halo 6....

The only spin off that could come is Halo war 2 if Microsoft wants to make a sequel and found a dev.

But right now 343,is too busy to finish their trilogy (Halo 4,5,6)....So,maybe after.

Also,Halo Guardians campaign got some "spin off" elements in it."All in one"

 

I always had a hard time liking the Halo games. I finished CE and 3, but none of the others. Put very little into MP. There are elements of Destiny that I absolutely love. The gameplay mechanics are very tight, the environments & graphics are incredible,
and the MP can be enjoyable even if you aren't the best shot. But so many other aspects of the game are frustrating. The lack of story is the most obvious, but shortsighted design choices around matchmaking and the repetitive grind really hurt the game,
IMO.

Although some people like to bring up the notion that Destiny is played by "millions", the truth is, nobody has any idea how many are still playing. There isn't a shred of "linkable" proof to these numbers, and the game has no population counters like Halo.
I'm certainly not going to take Activision's word for anything. I think the game goes in spurts around each DLC, and then goes dormant except for the most dedicated clans, which may have a player base only numbering in the tens of thousands (maybe more,
maybe less).

The Taken King will be a big litmus test for the game. I was duped into pre-paying the other two DLC sets sight unseen, as were many others. I'll be waiting to see what changes TTK brings before I shell out again. If it's more of the same, I'll just wait
until they have some bargain bin sale.

 

343i said Warzone was not a combination of Firefight and Spartan Ops. (I am bummed Spartan Ops is not going to return). But Warzone does look amazing.

Guys I think we found a biased Destiny fanboy here, he likes Destiny better than Halo when Halo has much better gameplay than Destiny. Destiny is just CoD with some Borderlands mechanics.

 

Tzar of kaos, this isn't the Reclaimer trilogy, this is the Reclaimer Saga. 343i plans to make more than just three games in the series, so I could certainly see a couple games featuring some other character as the playable protagonist.

 

I actually really liked the mcc. All 5 campaigns are great,and the mp has been pretty good since,I believe the may update. Halo 5 is the only halo that I'm not really interested in. I'm hoping halo wars 2 is in development. Well at Nathan fillion is in it.

 

The game series isn't all that exciting, Master Chief like Shepard needs to vanish. I'm sorry but it reads like Mast Chef which isn't exactly inspiring. Halo 2 was a great campaign and so was ODST imo. I think that the MCC was a good release for campaign
but utterly ^&%$ed for anything else

You're right, it doesn't, it just looks like Master Chef. Since the original I've seen it as master Chef I think MCC is worth it for the campaigns tbh. Not just for the memories of the gorgeous graphics of H2 on the original Xbox but the fact that is
is such a good game imo. It was fun to play Halo CE again but 2 is still the best to me.

 

yh i love MCC even when me and a mate would be playing halo 2 and come the end of a mission it would either kick up or split us both up and put us in our own games and would keep looping between saves oh and this was on legendary lol but its all working
now
