Halo: Journey.

agreed id be happy with just a halo 2 anniversary. but a collection would be nice. halo is the reason i got a xbox because back then i wasnt bothered about stuff like that and the 360 was the same plus the ps3 wasnt out yet but i wouldnt of got a ps3 anyway.

They said our journey is beginning 2014. It just won't be Halo 5 since that's for 2015. Regardless, they're still saying our journey will be starting in 2014 on Xbox One. So I don't see why everyone is saying nothing will happen as far as Halo goes this
year.

In either case, if this is what we're getting this year, count me in.

All I can say is, I hope it's not a Halo Wars 2.

 

All the best and most important bits ? I bet we all have different opinions on what those are, I don't like this idea at all, a few friends I know that LOVE Halo will not be happy either, I hope this does not turn out to be accurate.

 

So, are we talking like a long recap in one game? Instead of the full 1 - 4 games, it will be select bits from each games? I would play that so long as it was done right. Course, I would much prefer the full games

 

IF this is true no buy I want games 1-4, not parts of them.

 

As good as the Halo games are, there is a lot of filler, so I can kind of understand the reason of not wasting so much time remastering some levels that don't hold much meaning. As long as it's done right, I'm down, but regardless of what I think, a lot
of people will be upset. With that being said, multiplayer needs to be perfect. I can see them combining all of the classic maps from all four games. For me personally, I think they'll release "The Best of Halo 1-3" and "Halo 4" in full.

 

That's the problem with leaks and rumours. If they aren't accurate it sets up a lot of people for disappointment. Halo2a sounds great by itself, then the rumoured halo 1-4 remastered sounds good even better but highly unlikely, and now the best of halo,
I don't know what to believe anymore.
