Halo Infinitely depressing

A great direction to take the series wouod be to make everything look movie ( or as close to as possible) CGI, not taking the graphics back 20 years. I’d have very much liked a Halo game w/Battlefield V realism. The grunts and other Covenant forces looking
like they were out of a $100 million dollar busget blockbuster film. I thought we were supposed to get a level of fidelity 4X as good as tye One X offerred. I nderstand not getting 8K/60 graphics right out of the gate but the realism of graphics did not
WOW me in anywhere close as to what this console was hyped to do. The reason Halo has that N64/PS1 graphics was due to the hardware on the original Xbox. Make another M rated Halo, like back in the day, not a Teen rated one. What a let down for a hyped
up ‘’ monster gaming machine’’ that the Series X was touted. I like the idea of taking Halo back to it’s roots and getting rid of all the COD power up drops. Make it Halo agsin, don’t COD it, like Halo 5 did- everyone has a power weapon. Maybe they should’ve
launched a Battlefield game that couod tout the added graphics and physics upgrades better than a cartoon-like drawn Halo world. Xbox, once agsin, screwee up big time with their launch. I see no reason I HAVE to get this console day one, like tgey did with
every other generation. Give me 4K Dolby Vision colored games running at 4K/60. Make graphics that look like they’re 4X more realistic than Battlefirld V on the One X. As of now, Halo looks like it’ll suck ( the graphics sure do). Once agsin, want to add
a twist to Halo, make it look real, not cartoon. In favt, that would be great- make it cartoon for teens, then give us a switch to make it a M rated game w/graphics, so long as we’re not kids w/parentsl locks on our consoles. WORST. SELLING.DEMO. OR A NEW
CONSOLE. Do better. Right now, PS5 will own this gen agsin bssed off whst I saw.

its already been shown that some games on the xbox one x struggled with 30fps at 4k checkerboard, they promise huge power and worlds most powerfull console, then it comes out with lacklustre hardware and outdated within 2 - 3 months and left in the dust.

I am sticking with a modular system so i can build it how i want to use it and i can upgrade whenever i choose too.

does not matter if the menu says 4k/60, not all games will hit that, xbox one s lets you choose 120hz but barely reaches 30fps.

I thought the Xbox One X could hit 4K/60. It has hdmi 2.0 & has a video setting called 4K/60 in the menu.

If they can have the game running at 4k/60 i will be pleased.

As for the stream i feel it was extremely disappointing. I understand that it may have been an early build that was shown but that is unacceptable. Halo is supposed to be the flagship launch title for the XSX and an early build isn't good enough. I understand
the restrictions that have been placed upon the devs as of late but there should have been a snippet of the latest footage.

I have my fingers crossed that they can pull it back with the August event. Either way ill be getting the XSX on release day.

blaming the quality on streaming at 1080p, nah, 4k aint gonna do much to change the fact it is cartoony and the fact there was a lot of graphics popping shows its is not ready by a long shot.

and the grappling hook, seriously, they need to ditch that ****.
