Halo Infinite Xbox One S Black Screen Issue

if that doesn't work, try creating another account as a test and see if the problem persists.

I have a Xbox One S and I have been unable to play Halo Infinite and Warzone since Sunday night.

I`m on a One X and Halo Infinite does the same at start up on my console.
But it has only done it since the last update and while it`s just the on start up screen I wasn`t particularly concerned.

You mean xbox one consoles?

Neither

Series x and series s are their own consoles

There is only the halo infinite console that is different

And no you can't run flight sim 2020 on an xbox one x or s

1. May we know if this is the only game you are having issues launching in your computer?
   
2. May we know if can capture the error message of the game before it closes out? You may use Windows + Shift + S on your keyboard to screenshot.
   
3. May we know what version of Halo Infinite you are playing (Forge, Campaign, Multiplayer)?
   
4. Do you have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer in your PC?
