Halo Infinite won't launch, crashes on launch

I'm up against a wall here. I've tried everything. Halo Infinite launched fine the first time after install from Microsoft Store on a PC that meets/exceeds hardware requirements. Played perfectly no issues for about 30 minutes and then crashed suddenly. Just closed, no error message. Since then, I have never been able to open the game again. I've done all my windows and driver updates, Uninstaller and reinstalled the game, rebooted many times, disabled anti-virus, etc. I can't think of anything else to try. It has now been a week and I've received an update to Halo Infinite but it still won't start. No error, nothing on the screen at all. Just doesn't respond. Below is what I got from the logs. Any idea what I can do to fix this?

Wow, can't believe this is still not fixed. I haven't had much issue with the Steam version, still runs fine on my very old computer. Xbox app on PC is a joke.

I moved on. Microsoft made a deal with hardware suppliers to force people to buy new computers. Terrible.

But even the newest of computers won't launch the program so clearly that not the case or issue. I can't believe it's been going on this long. It's more like they don't care about the PC platform vs the console.

Yeah well at this point I wouldn't hold your breath. They haven't even acknowledged the problem let alone taken steps to fix it. Xbox on Windows is broken. So far only one app crash after about 20 hours of play on Halo Infinite from Steam. Been mostly very stable. I cancelled my Gamepass because what's the point, right?

That was the first thing i tried. i dont know if they updated or fixed something but i did the command line in powershell to remove gaming service, reinstalled them then went to xbox app and uninstalled the hi res textures and now it works if i click the shortcut off the windows menu

I think the problem is deeper than xbox. I think it all goes back go the Microsoft Store ecosystem on Windows. Unfortunately it's been broken since day one, and I haven't seen it get any better. Bringing Android apps to the Microsoft store is a great move, but I'm not holding my breath on it working any better since they can't even get the native windows apps right. Yeah Steam version works great for me. And I really am enjoying the campaign. I'm a 40 year old business owner and home school dad so I don't exactly have a lot of time to play. At the rate I'm going, buying it on Steam for $60 will probably save me money compared to how many months it'll take me to beat with Gamepass! But I get it if you're a gamepass gamer they offer so much else, it's too bad you can't carry it over to Steam and are stuck using the Xbox app and Microsoft store.
