Halo Infinite stuck on Congratulations screen.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

We understand that you are trying to launch Halo Infinite and is unable to because it gets stuck on loading screen. May we ask if you are still having same issue? We found on our resources that Halo Infinite have known issues of players getting stuck on loading screen however these players are already close to getting matches on the game. To assist you with this concern, let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

To have a better understanding, we would like to further isolate your concern.

1. May we know if this is the only game you are having issues launching in your computer?
   
2. May we know if can capture the error message of the game before it closes out? You may use Windows + Shift + S on your keyboard to screenshot.
   
3. May we know what version of Halo Infinite you are playing (Forge, Campaign, Multiplayer)?
   
4. Do you have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer in your PC?

Apologies for the frustration but halo infinite doesn’t offer split screen multiplayer.

Yes I have. I consistently get stuck in an infinite loading screen after I click purchase.

I'm glad to hear you're able to access the game on the Windows app! Fortunately, Halo Infinite does support cross-progression so your progress on the Xbox app will carry over to the Steam version of the game (just as long as you're successfully playing on your Xbox/Microsoft account).

I do have one potential fix that I'd like for you to try; In the Steam app, can you please go to your Steam Settings > Web Browser > then "delete web browser cache and cookies.

In the meantime, I will continue to look into this error and I'll respond back to your thread once I gather more information. Thank you for your patience in trying to find a fix, I understand how frustrating this can be.
